Shipping policy

All orders are processed within one to five business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will ship your order via the method indicated, but please remember it is possible for delays to occur during transit due to postal service issues that are out of our control.

Customers can always enjoy free shipping on all orders above $75 to the continental United States!

Domestic Shipping

Rates and estimated shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup

We are not able to offer in-store pickup at this time.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you simply must have some of our treats (we don’t blame you!) and you live outside the United States, please email us at hello@andysdandysvt.com to inquire about an exception. Our free shipping above $75 policy does not apply to international orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@andysdandysvt.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you plan to ship to a P.O. Box, please select USPS as your carrier at checkout.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please review our full return policy.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@andysdandysvt.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
